"MY REFLECTION"

The 3rd grading is past. .We will face again in the last and final grading. . .
In the past grading I was make all the activities and post in our subject T.L.E. . .
I was so glad that I belong in the class where we have a computer class. . . .
I was so hard to learn in using computer but I thank ma'am Vera Cruz
because of her I learn so many. . . We have many times to use the computer,
sometimes i was too late to make activities because sometimes I was lazy
to make. . . .
I hope next grading I will do my best to make and it is because it is
the final grading. . .Thank you ma'am Vera Cruz because of you i will grow old
that I will know how to use computer. . .

1/2 a year is almost past so I know that, that time I learn more and I know

that the next grading I will make my projects so beautiful that what I am. .

Thank God for having this kind of subject. . In T.L.E subject I know that all

of us high school students have this subject but from all the more than

1oo section in our school there are only less than 3o section who have this

computer subject. . .

"The True Essence of Christmas"

Did you know the true essence of Christmas. When do we celebrate
this christmas. . . Did you feel happy if you know that christmas is coming.
Christmas is one of the special day in our life. We only celebrate
christmas once a year. We celebrate this during the day of December 25. During
christmas it is the time of giving or sharing what we have. Christmas is the day
when Jesus was born. , . . This is also the time of forgiving the person who have
sin to us or you also ask a forgiveness to the person you have sin. . . .
Be happy during Christmas and spend your time to your family. . .

Every country have different ways to develop. You, do you
want to develop our country? I'm sure that all of us want to develop our country
to be a better place to live for us. .
I know that 1 thing to consider on how to develop our
country is cooperation. Even though we have many supplies to use if we don't have
cooperation, it's useless. So if you want to develop our country a better place to live
you should cooperate. . . .And this cooperation gave as a big thing that will help
us to develop. . . . .

kailangan mong dalhin ang wikang ito at huwag na huwag mong kakalimutan

at para rin sa ganun ay maipagmamalaki mo na isa kang Pilipino. At para

All of us can be a hero. . . . To become a hero you should be brave ,
helpful and other good attitudes.
My techer my hero because without them I did not learn how to speak,
how to write , and how to read. And I thank God because he gave as a teacher.

"Wastong Nutrisyon"

What is Nutrition? What is that wastong nutrisyon? What is this all about?

For me, when i read some books, i take note some words that will give me the meaning of this nutrition.... Nutrition is the act or process of nourishing especially the processes by which an individual takes in and utilized fod material.

Some tips in Healthy Lifestyle:
1. You should eat heathful foods.
2. Do not smoke.
3. Be active both physically and intellectually.
4. Maintain normal weight.
5. Plan for leisure in your life.
6. Do things for others and;
7. Control drinking
- alcohol damages the brain, lungs, liver and kidney.

Don't also use drugs because drugs is a chemical substance that has an effect on the body or mind. Drugs is also a substance intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, treatment and prevention of diseases in man and animals. so don't use drugs, you must think of your health for your proper nutrition.
